German Chamomile is renowned as an analgesic (painkiller) and restorative, controlling pain of bruises, headaches, sore muscles, stiff joints, sprains, menstrual and digestive system cramping and some allergic reactions. It also aids sleep, making it useful to ease a baby's colic and calm a child to sleep. German Chamomile has indications for abscesses, allergies, arthritis, boils, cuts, colic, dermatitis, cystitis, earache, dysmenorrhea, flatulence, headache, inflamed skin, insect bites, nausea, insomnia, neuralgia, PMS, sores, sprains, rheumatism, strains, stress and wounds.
