Fina Silk sponges are the softest type of natural sea sponges, which makes them ideal for facial cleansing. The silk sponges are considered far superior to any type of synthetic sponge, and are incredibly soft. They do not pull on delicate skin, which makes the sponges ideal for babies' skin.

Size: 2-2.5 inches diameter. Please note that sponges can be irregular shape so diameter refers to widest point and that sponges expand to indicated size when wet. This sponge is considered a small/medium size for cosmetic application. Other sizes are available in-store.

Natural sponges has many advantageous qualities than synthetic sponges, as they are far more durable, absorbent, soft (ideal for babies), pliable and do not suffer odour retention. These sponges can simply be rinsed after use with water, adding organic tea tree oil or hydrogen peroxide as a natural antiseptic if you wish.

The sponges are sourced from a reputable company who ensure they have been harvested individually in a sustainable, ethical manner. Their divers are registered fishermen who leave the ‘roots’ of every sponge intact to ensure that the sea sponges regenerate themselves. Each individually harvested sea sponge is inspected by the relevant Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries and certified for export. The sponges are imported raw and processed by hand in the UK in a 42-stage process.

All materials used in packaging and processing are recycled and are recyclable.

Natural sea sponges are hypoallergenic and 100% biodegradable.
